The Stamina Problem
If your brain is trained to demand a dopamine hit or a break every 25 minutes, what happens during the 90th minute of a continuous exam? Your brain will rebel. You will lose focus, reread the same question five times, and make silly calculation errors.
The Extended Focus Protocol
As your exam approaches, you must actively stretch your focus blocks to build cognitive endurance.
- Phase 1 (Months 1-2): Standard 25/5 intervals.
- Phase 2 (Months 3-4): 50 minutes study / 10 minutes rest.
- Phase 3 (Month 5 onwards): 90 minutes deep work / 15 minutes rest.
Eventually, you should be sitting for 3-hour mock tests without leaving your chair or checking your phone once. This physical and mental conditioning is what separates the top 1% from the rest.
